Have you always wanted to learn to bartend and entertain guests? Here's your chance! The team is willing to train the right candidate with no previous bar experience if they come with motivation, a team attitude, and are of legal serving age.

The Hooters Girl Behind-the-Bar possesses all of the competencies of a Hooters Girl and meets or exceeds all job expectations as a Hooters Girl. This position is reserved for the Hooters Girl who has mastered the On-the-Floor position & is ready to move to a higher level of responsibility within the restaurant, which includes a more detailed understanding of the bar. The Hooters Girl Behind-the-Bar also answers the phone & takes to-go orders, answers guests’ questions, and communicates regularly with managers. This position drives the energy in the store & ensures responsible alcohol service to all guests. Successfully complete Hooters Girl Behind the Bar training

All applicants applying for a position involved in the service of alcoholic beverages must have a valid ServSafe alcohol certification, and all applicants must have any other legally required certification prior to beginning work and in order to be eligible to work for Hooters. The applicant will not be compensated for the completion of any training required to get the required certification, and gaining such certification does not guarantee the applicant continued employment.
