Hooters Girl Behind the Bar

The Hooters Girl Behind-the-Bar possesses all of the competencies of a Hooters Girl and meets or exceeds all job expectations as a Hooters Girl. This position is reserved for the Hooters Girl who has mastered the On-the-Floor position & is ready to move to a higher level of responsibility within the restaurant, which includes a more detailed understanding of the bar.  The Hooters Girl Behind-the-Bar also answers the phone & takes to-go orders, answers guests’ questions, and communicates regularly with managers. This position drives the energy in the store & ensures responsible alcohol service to all guests.
